Stay Safe, Stay Sane

Stay Safe, Stay Sane

Stay safe, stay sane is a website full of COVID 19 inspired Posters, which I came across the other day after having a Zoom call with Paul as I was struggling to find any source of inspiration for the rest of this project due to having a brain fart and artist block, which is never fun. So Paul suggested I try looking at posters on Stay Safe and Stay Sane website, here is the link: https://www.stay-sane-stay-safe.com/

Here is some designs I found inspiring below:

I really like the forth one most there, I like the simplicity and the minimalism of using the red and the black I like how there is a smiley face made using silhouette people to create the eyes and the protective part of there mask, it looked really fascinating to me and I'd like to create something similar.

With these designs I like the simplicity of using the computer virus setting aesthetic and update setting to help create a poster design, this is clever and quite inspiring to attempt.  I hope to try and create a design similar to its kind.  I also like the illustrative design. with the yellow background, I find that sometimes just awn illustration with a simple aesthetic has a visionary impact on its audience.

Again here I like the first one to the left with the jammed up virus attacks on the pc but I like that the text is telling you rules and regulations to help stay protected of the virus.  I also like the "stay close but please don't touch" piece because I like the message of this piece and how true it transpires to be. I like the colour choice with this piece too because although the blue and the pink are brighter colours it looks dark next to the yellow text.

I really liked the stay home piece, I like the fact it has a little location mark between the A and the M, I thought it was quite clever. I like the fact the type says "Stay home" in the shape of a house. I would like to try to create something similar to that, because I find its a unique approach and it works quite well.

With this section, I like these designs for their simplicity and they're uniqueness. I really like the first design for the simplistic poster layout I like how the text is left aligned with an image underneath showing some visual elements to the design. I like the second design because it sums up COVID 19 in one picture perfectly, showing this disease is spreading across the world so keep your mask on. I'd like to try creating a design fairly similar to this because it works well. I like the 3rd design also, I like the use of the germ symbol for the "Stay Home" it has an interesting aesthetic and All the text is in Helvetica Neue, just what I'd like to see.  I like the final design because I love the idea of using a fist in a house showing that the world has unity., strength and strife to stay home.

I like the idea of creating my own emoji based on COVID 19 to sum up the globalised pandemic. I think its a clever idea and works quite well. I like the gold medal one as well, it's quite humorous, where they're saying 2020, win gold for staying home- making the joke funnier because 2020 was supposed to be another year of the olympics.

I like these designs for the use of the black and bright and bold colours, I find the colours scheme quite a clever idea and may try to create something similar to it.

I  really liken the 3rd design, I like the cleverness of using the germ symbol as a globe, to show its effecting the world, its quite an inspiring design that I'd want try and create something on the similar ways.

Here's more poster designs I found on Stay safe, stay sane, that I found inspiring.

With these designs I like, I really like the typeface in top left (2nd design) because ti is a very playful font and I'd like to try creating work using that text to see what I can come up with.  I like the simplicity of these designs with one visual can make a big difference weather its just typography or if its just an illustration on a poster I like how one simple aspect of a design Is the icing on the cake for a poster sometimes.

With these designs I like the Netflix remote one ass it is simple and it is creative, I like the social distancing element to that design.  I like how the creator played and experimented with the type as if the text was in docile distancing by cutting the word distance In half but reconnecting them so you can still read the text saying distance.

These designs are more on the typographic side and I was more and less focusing on the tip 3 on the lefthandside as I really like the visuals of those designs. My favourite design on this group of designs is the 5th design the person kicking the germ ball telling the germ to say its prayers- I'd like to try and create some thing similar.
